Abu Dhabi Art Fair Report 2025
Art has become an essential part of how the National Multiple Sclerosis Society (NMSS) communicates care, connection, and visibility. For NMSS, art is more than expression; it is a way for the public to encounter the lived experiences of people living with MS and to understand them through empathy rather than explanation. In 2025, NMSS presented Evident Presence: A Community of Care within the Community Partners Space at Abu Dhabi Art. Curated by Dirwaza Curatorial Lab, the project invited audiences to experience how communities connect through care, exchange, and collective memory.
AZM Impact Report 2025
NMSS continued its commitment to improving physical wellness support for people living with MS through the launch of a first-of-its-kind certification program for UAE-based fitness professionals. Developed in partnership with Diversified Integrated Sports Clinic (DISC), the AZM MS Trainer Development Program, part of the MS Living portfolio was locally developed to equip UAE-based trainers with the skills and knowledge needed to work safely and effectively with people living with MS and other chronic conditions. Delivered across four sessions in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, the intensive 16-hour REPs-certified workshop, combined science-based education with hands-on coaching to strengthen the fitness sector’s capacity to support the MS community.
